Some Blog Guidelines:
Power over: my writing should have a therapeutic release for me and a sense of connection for you. This shouldn’t be considered a stop in lieu of therapy, it is merely a form of connection. I shouldn’t have power over you, thereby interfering with your therapeutic journey.
For fun: this blog allows me to tell my story, but if you feel connected to my story please understand that it was started out of fun. Fun can be therapeutic, releasing your info for the world to see can be exhilarating. I’m trying to weed out the anti-thesis to fun which is shame (imo).
In my opinion: yes, I have an educational background, but this blog isn’t to toot my horn, these are opinion posts about my mental health journey, therefore they need to be treated as such.
If you are experiencing a crisis, please call the crisis line in your respective country. It is free of charge, helpful, and the people that you will be talking to have a way of remedying the situation. It is CONFIDENTIAL. I to have had to call.
